Terms of use

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens on your account. One account per person — please don't share access. You must be 18 or over to use the service. Where a player is under 18, a parent or guardian holds and operates the account on the player's behalf, accepts these terms for them, and is responsible for the account.

Accounts are created via invite. Your club's manager or a SiloFootball administrator sends you a single-use invite link, which you use to set a password and join the service. The link is only valid for a limited time.

Use the service as intended. Don't share your sign-in with others, don't attempt to access data outside your club, and don't upload abusive, illegal, or copyright- infringing content (training videos, photos, notes). We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach this.

Match notes, training drills, photos and videos you upload stay yours. By using the service you give us permission to display that content to other members of your club (your manager, teammates) as part of ordinary use.

The service itself — its name, branding, code, art and structure — belongs to us. You can use the service and tell people about it, but please don't copy or redistribute the software or assets.

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things working but we can't guarantee it'll always be available, bug-free, or that data won't occasionally be lost. Use of the service is at your own risk.

We can suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to compromise the service. For serious breaches we may act without warning.

Players can delete their account at any time from inside the app (open the menu, then Danger zone → Delete account), and managers can delete theirs from the web Account page. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately:

• You are removed from your club's active squad. Historic fixture results and match events you participated in stay so the club's record isn't disrupted.
• Your personal information (email, password, sign-in history, full name) is removed from our records.
• Deletion is final — we can't restore your account once it's been deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we change anything material we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
