We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZC125647.

To run your account we hold an email address, a password, and basic security information such as your IP address and the device type used at sign-in. We also store the football data you create or that's shared with you — your team, squad, fixtures, training drills, and match feedback.

Your email identifies your account and lets us help you recover access if you forget your password. Security data is used only to detect abuse and protect the service. Your team data is used to deliver the service — your manager and teammates within your club see only the data appropriate to their role.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't track you across other apps or websites. We don't run any third-party analytics or advertising scripts inside the service.

Players can delete their account at any time from inside the app (open the menu, then Danger zone → Delete account). Managers can delete their account from the web Account page. Your personal information is removed and you are removed from your club's active squad. Deletion is permanent — we can't restore an account once it's been deleted.

SiloFootball is intended for adults aged 18 and over — parents and guardians, and club managers and coaches. It is not directed to, or intended for use by, children.

Where a player is under 18, a parent or guardian holds and operates the player's account on their behalf and is responsible for it. We process a player's football information — such as their name, squad details, fixtures, training and match feedback — so that the responsible adult can manage that player's involvement with their club. If you believe a child has set up an account without a parent or guardian, email us at Info@silotechnology.co.uk and we'll remove it.
